it don't work

i use contact lens because i'm myope. but they are a big germ fountain, after and before put it on i have to wash my hands, if not an infection come to my eyes.
Some times gives me looseness and i just take it out. Now i got it. a friend told me that it will desapear washing the eye with baby shampoo. It Don't Work! it hurts! pick!.... my eyes cry. And now i look like drug addict.
