Chebaili

He is the new supervisor in my store. He is a very nice person, and the thing i like most. Is that he works good. He knows his job and he do it. He is very decent, and serviceable. Not like the others. Well Zaira, who is an other supervisor, she makes a good job. But Chevaili do it in other level. Everybody loves him.
The other day i was talking with him, and i discover that he have a daughter who is going to turn 1 this year. bright new. haha. He just get married. And he is not just taking care of her daughter and wife. He also help his mother with some money... He barely can with all. And sometimes he can't cover all the expences.
I ask him why he was working here. Work in Starbucks in Mexico, is not a good job. They don't pay well. And he have a lot of potential, that i think he is wasting here. But he don't have any superior or technical study. And he is close to be a manager of a store. He feel safe here, he likes starbucks and i'm sure He would be an excellent manager.

After doing the rice challenge and talk with him. I realize that i'm blessed for everything i have right now. Is not much, but is more than i need to live, and live well.
I decided to help him a little bit. I give him my larder cupon card (or what ever the name is) The company gives me 5% of my salary every month. And i never use it. I don't even know how much i have in the card. I don't think i have much, and i don't recieve a lot of money. But i know he will use the money in something better.
